Welcome to Avondale Pro AC (avondaleproac.com), a service operated by Arizona Service Partners ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they explain what we do, what we don't do, and the basis on which we connect you with a professional.
Avondale Pro AC is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Avondale with an independent, licensed Arizona HVAC professional. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we do not perform HVAC work. Our role is limited to taking your request and connecting you with a licensed professional who may be able to help.
The HVAC services you receive are provided by an independent licensed professional, not by us. We are not a party to the work agreement between you and that professional, and we do not supervise, control, or perform the work. We make no warranties or guarantees about the work performed by any independent provider — including its quality, timing, pricing, or outcome. Any agreement about the job — including the price, the schedule, and any warranty — is strictly between you and the professional.
This website does not quote prices, cost ranges, or guaranteed timelines, and nothing on it should be treated as a quote or a promise of a specific price or arrival time. The licensed professional you're connected with sets and provides their own pricing and timing, and gives you an upfront estimate before any work. We don't set the price.
HVAC work in Arizona valued over $1,000, or requiring a permit, must be performed by a contractor licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) — the relevant classifications are R-39 (residential), C-39 (commercial), and CR-39 (dual). Handling refrigerant additionally requires EPA Section 608 certification. It is your responsibility to confirm that any professional you work with holds the license and EPA certification appropriate for your job before work begins — verify any license directly at roc.az.gov.
You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us, and to use this site and our referral service lawfully and in good faith — for example, by submitting genuine service requests rather than false or abusive ones. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
If you are facing a genuine emergency — for example, a gas concern, an electrical hazard, or a heat-related medical emergency (confusion, fainting, a body temperature that won't come down) — do not rely solely on contacting us or waiting for a callback. Call 911 or contact emergency services directly. A home without cooling in extreme heat can become dangerous quickly, especially for young children, older adults, and anyone with a health condition. We are a referral service and cannot guarantee that a professional will be available or dispatched within any specific timeframe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Service Partners is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to the work performed (or not performed) by any independent HVAC professional we connect you with, or arising from your use of this website or our referral service. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and any issues with a provider's work, timing, pricing, conduct, or availability. Our referral service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
The HVAC professional we connect you with is an independent third party. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or agreements with you. If the site references or links to any third-party services, we are not responsible for those services either.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the effective date above, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
